Stayed here for a meeting. About 7 minutes walk from Manchester Victoria train station. Smells amazing when you walk in.Rooms are quirky and fun. Bed was very comfortable with spacious shower. All toiletries provided, bathrobes plus tea and coffee making facilities. They are a bit small for 2 people. No curtains to block out the light, just voile type. Luckily it was pouring rain so very dark anyway. Ate downstairs in PIP restaurant. Staff were fabulous and attentive. Food was nice but not your run of the mill menu. Not cheap. Breakfast was beautiful, choose a pastry, then yougurt then a hot dish.

Took my children and parents for 1 night to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is fun for children and the service is impeccable. When the staff found out about the birthday they brought cake. There was a dog bed in the room set up for our dog. They thought of everything.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Treehouse. The hotel has so many quirky elements and the attention to detail is incredible. Our suite was spacious, immaculately clean and had lovely little touches. We were welcomed by Luke at reception, who was so smiley and engaging, and really knowledgeable about the local area and where to go for a night out.Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to for a break in Manchester it is stunning!

We loved our weekend stay here! The decor was absolutely gorgeous and they went all out to make us feel special for our birthdays. The location was great and we loved the theming. The staff were all lovely and helpful, it was great that you could text with any questions. The bed was the perfect firmness and the blackout curtains worked. The spinning tv was cool and good that you could log into Netflix. Great facilities and love that a yoga mat was included in the room. I probably wouldn’t pay for the view rooms though, and there were a few small teething issues that I’ve messaged the hotel about separately. Overall would definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Treehouse Hotel Manchester and had such a lovely experience. The hotel is incredibly charming and very centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. It’s only about a four-minute walk from the Manchester Arndale, which made popping out for shopping and food so easy. The design of the hotel is wonderfully whimsical, blending natural, treehouse-inspired elements with a modern city feel. It feels cosy, creative, and thoughtfully put together. The amenities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym and free filtered water available throughout the hotel, which is such a nice touch. There’s also a fantastic bar and restaurant on-site that really adds to the overall experience. The staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay. We were served by a lady called Precious, who was especially accommodating and made us feel very welcome. A special mention from my daughter, who loved the TV set-up with the chalkboard at the back. She had so much fun drawing on it, which was such a unique and family-friendly feature. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Manchester and want somewhere central, stylish, and full of character.

Our new fave hotel in Manchester! Such beautiful interior design, and energy. Lovely staff, the only issue was using gym showers it flooded everywhere. Would be amazing addition if a sauna was added too then it’d be even better

I had a work meeting at this venue i the afternoon. It was easy to get to, not far from the Arndale centre. The place is beautifully decorated and well thought of. It even has a screening room. I needed 10 mins to use a small private space for prayer. The ladies at the desk allowed me to use a small room which was free at the time. It was perfect and I'm super impressed. The security gentleman at the door is also very pleasant. I enjoyed my visit and can't wait to use the venue again. 4 stars because I've yet to stay in one of the rooms.

This hotel excels in every respect. The rooms are outstanding — tastefully designed, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The bed, in particular, deserves special mention: exceptionally comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows that provide a level of sleeping comfort rarely experienced. The breakfast is equally impressive. The selection is extensive, high in quality, and beautifully presented — a perfect way to start the day. A true highlight, however, is the hotel’s gym. In all my travels, I have rarely — if ever — encountered such a well-equipped fitness facility in a hotel. This is not just a place for a light workout; it allows for a serious and complete training session. All of this is complemented by the hotel’s excellent location, which is both convenient and highly enjoyable. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would gladly repeat anytime.
